We take the hassle out of setting up your new computer, and leave you with a Mac that "just works”. Here’s what we do...

  • Unpack and set up your new Mac.
  • Connect to existing ethernet or wireless network.
  • Set up one e-mail address.
  • Install up to 2 items of hardware or software, including a USB printer.*

Connect My Network

Price: $149

Setting up a home network for the first time? Or, having issues with your existing network?

  • Configure your wireless router to share your existing internet connection.
  • Set up a secure wireless network (so no one else can use your internet for free or access your computers).
  • Set up two devices to connect to the network.
  • Configure file sharing between two devices.
  • Share your existing printer between the two devices.
  • If you are having problems sharing your internet connection, we can find out what is causing the problem.
  • Document your network set up so you know your usernames, passwords, security and how it’s all been configured.

*This service does not include installing cables behind walls or ceiling cavities. Additional devices can be configured, and will be charged in 15 minute increments ($25 per 15 mins). Additional hardware may be required, and can be purchased at competitive rates.

We assist in getting you set up with your Apple TV, connected to your TV, home stereo, your existing network and syncing with iTunes on your Mac or PC.

Install Windows on my Mac

Price: $189

We install your copies of Microsoft Windows, for you to run in Bootcamp, or your virtualisation software. For Intel Macs only.

  • Explain alternatives for running Windows - either natively (using Bootcamp) or virtually (using VMWare or Parallels) or both!
  • Install your copies of Windows, and your copies of virtualisation software if required.*
  • Demonstrate accessing information between the different operating systems.
  • Teach you how to switch between Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Suggest methods for backing up your system, and for protecting yourself from viruses.
